Lily Chen is a nationally certified Nurse Educator, passionate community organizer, mental health advocate, and mental health disparity researcher. She is a Robert Woods Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Clinical Scholar fellow, Principal Investigator, and Project Director for Mental Health First Aid Training in Chinese Americans (MHFA – CA) funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA and the US Department of Health and Human Services).

Kurt Merriweather is Co-Founder and VP of Innovation at The Diversity Movement and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE). He is an accomplished product strategist, marketing executive, and speaker with a passion for helping leaders and organizations identify and implement growth strategies. Kurt works with executive teams and boards to help them link DEI to culture and establishing business outcomes.

Jenna Rogers defines herself as a ‘corpreneur’. She is the Head of Partnerships at Sales Assembly and the founder of Career Civility, a communications consulting firm. She’s on a mission to redefine communication in the workplace and specializes in the development of people, processes, programs, and teams. She’s passionate about empowering the people behind the bottom line, and you can find her providing tactical communication advice and sales training in the B2B technology marketplace.
